I’ve had a love of food for as long as I can remember. Growing up in a very busy house food was always good but was always produced on a mass catering scale.
It was when I was at uni I started my cooking journey, by no means was I doing anything extravagent, but it was the time I started to learn the basics.
What caused my passion was one event, it was a trip to my first Michelin star restuarant in my early twenties. I was blown away, I couldn’t believe the flavours and what could be done with food.
From that point I chose to start to teach myself how to properly cook, hours of reading cook books, watching videos online and a lot of practise.
Cooking is constantly evolving and I like to keep on top of modern techniques and trends. Don’t be put off if it doesn’t work for you the first time, many things take many attempts to master.
It’s now at this point in my cooking journey that I want to share my culinary experience with the world!
